I (Mike Hermanson) met up with Stephen Moors to help with his swim stroke after taking a couple years off to run some ultra marathons. This swim stroke analysis took about an hour and we made some pretty good improvements as seen in the video below. We focused our efforts on hand entry, high elbow on the recovery portion and catch phase of the stroke, and tightening the core to improve body position, reduce drag, and go faster with less energy burned.
